This one is for the concerned people who like the images, but want to inquire if it's actually legally ok to do what I do in this subway series...
According to what I know I should be perfectly ok. You can read up on it here: http://everydayaperture.com/law/
Thank you for caring!
(And now I have a place on my blog that I can refer to when those questions come up!) ;)

Back with a vengeance!
Although I didn't post any subway images recently I still continued to make them... Get ready for a big one! Not really sure if there is anything else to specifically group these images... I guess it's just a slice of New York life...
This time I just picked the top image because it's the first one I took for this entry... But I really like it too... Colors are great and she looks so poised even when relaxing...
More vivid colors...
Ethereal...
Together?
Pushing a cart...
Considering that I might not be in this city forever I focused even more on the little details that make this city what it is...
I like this... And of course agree... Not sure if this is just a safe bet here in liberal land...
More train details...
So tired or down?
Summery skirt length and autumny colors...
Hair or fake fur on that hoody?
It was warmer then!
#14: Intense look...
Gold buttons rock! Need to make a note of that!
Could be a band picture...
Reading while walking...
Hand in hair? What was that a signal for again?
Moody... And intertwined...
Purple, not only the clothes...
Waiting to depart...
Dreaming of?
Everybody texting...
I think this is a New York Film Academy t-shirt...
One of my faves this time around...
Distinguished?
Skin tone kind of matches the sign...
Happy to see!
Good times...
Strange mix...
One of those rainy days...
Soho... Is for shopping, no?
Sleeping? Why am I so fascinated by people sleeping in the subway? I guess it's about trust that nothing bad is going to happen to them... Or simply not caring... Or not having another option...
Strange boxy thing at Times Square station...
Smart glasses do work!
At 125 Street station...
That cannot be comfortable...
Sisters?
A lot of the times I would love the camera to focus on what I want... But sometimes I get pleasantly surprised...
A chrome phone...
Eating (I think it was) popcorn on the subway...
Aria in green...
Inquisitive...
What's happening there?
Moving big things through the system...
Busker changing cars at a station...
Still being surrounded by motion...
Chaos... One of those images that I cannot really figure out! I like though how the hoody stripes match the C train's design...
Angry or anxious?
A vet creating art...
Winning smile...
Divided...
Good look...
Blurry but good!
I wish I could wear that! ;)
Eyes!
And more sleeping!
Frozen in time...
I like these... Could be a great band photo as well!
Explaining things!
More sleeping... At least he brought his pillow!
This is downstairs from swanky Columbus Circle mall...
Sleeping everywhere...
What a man!
Action!
Playboy!
Someone said the car was not really pink...
A face from another era...
Depth!
Almost too late...
No clue what's happening here!
Who would have thought that a mouth can make a shape like this!
Curious?
Two worlds meeting...
At first I felt that only the dog looking at camera was not ideal... But now I think it really emphasizes the impact!
Uh!
Right at me!
Over the top? Still makes me smile broadly...
Right after the image before...
Cool how something lit up her eyes...
Good coat!
Some kind of juice? I don't quite get the "taking my beverage with me everywhere I go" concept...
As if posing for the shot...
Oh, oh!
Love and a yellow hat...
Reflection in glasses heighten the mystery...
Another favorite...
This one almost didn't get a "caption"!
In style!
Old and young...
Flowers in autumn... Reminds me of some old lyrics...
In and out...
Warming up...
Again: My friend Mathew waiting for his train home...
Funky focus and I still love it!
Love how the tones rendered in this one...
Those reflections work...
Red and red...
Going to Lincoln Center?
This was actually this evening... On my way home... Wow, did I really manage to find captions for all these images right now! Sure took a while... ;) I hope you enjoyed the show!
